My Wellbeing Diary B (1st & 2nd Class)

My Wellbeing Diary B for 1^st and 2^nd Class. My Wellbeing Diary is an evidence based programme, designed to develop children’s resilience and promote healthy attitudes to sleep, food and exercise.

The programme includes:

• Daily entries to help children develop their social and emotional skills
• 10 learning modules – one for each month September to June
• A Teacher’s Guide, which includes guidance to share with parents
• Digital resources to support in the classroom
