My Wellbeing Diary D for 5^th and 6^th Class. My Wellbeing Diary is an evidence-based, whole-school approach to wellbeing grounded in the SPHE curriculum.

The programme includes:

• Daily entries to help children develop their social and emotional skills
• 10 learning modules – one for each month September to June
• An online Teacher’s Guide
• Videos to support the development of mindfulness
